We were thrilled when Nolinor Aviation contacted us to create a cake and help with their 20th anniversary party. Our Head Pastry Chef and his team spent days planning and drawing different sketches to submit to Nolinor for approval. We were very pleased with our final sketch because of the way each tier had a unique touch but still contributed to the overall design of the cake. We have made 1000 cupcakes for Research in Motion (RIM), hundreds for Le Réseau des Sports (RDS), a birthday cake for a television show La Franchise (V Télé), but this request took the cake!
