The cake was for the owner of Pavages P Del Papa et Fils (Les). He was turning 80 years old and his family wanted a very special cake to mark this occasion.

Inspired by his lifelong passion, our Head Pastry Chef and his team created a construction theme cake that includes all of the items you will find on a construction site.
