At Tillemont Bakery and Patisserie, our breads are fermented 24 hours before baking. Every day, we prepare no less than 17 varieties of loaves, baguettes and rolls as well as special breads depending on the day.

Our Quebec flours come from the Charlevoix region in Quebec City or from the Soulange mills.
