Over the past 35 years, Pâtisserie Tillemont has become a household name in Montreal for many reasons. Our Sicilian cannolis are a big part of our success. Brought over from Italy, our recipe has been perfected by Joe D'Angelo, the owner of the shop. He has always insisted on two keys to making this unique pastry: homemade and fresh.

Homemade means that every part of the cannoli is prepared in-house. Unlike many of our competitors. Our shells are not purchased or machine-made; each one is rolled, then put in the fryer until it turns a beautiful golden color. The ricotta cheese that completes the bite has been improved over the years and has become a staple at Tillemont Pastry.

Freshness means that every time you buy a Sicilian cannoli from us, you know that the outside will always be crispy and the inside creamy.
